Known for his strong analytical mindset and decisive leadership, he consistently delivers sustainable operational results.

Ferenc Szücs has an international background and extensive leadership experience in the automotive, metal, and manufacturing industries. His expertise includes plant restructuring, process optimization, and lean management, with a proven track record of improving efficiency and profitability. He has successfully managed large organizations and is recognized for driving organizational development and sustainable growth.

Attila Fulop is a senior operations and project leader with a strong track record in manufacturing, logistics, and technical environments. Skilled in leading complex transitions, greenfield projects, and process improvements using LEAN and Six Sigma concepts. Proven track record in stabilizing production, integrating acquired facilities, and managing manufacturing relocations in Europe and China. Recognized for dedicated problem-solving, stakeholder coaching, and consensus-building in complex environments.

Anita Benkóné Paulovics has more than twenty years of experience in finance, accounting, and leadership across various industries, including the service and manufacturing sectors. Her expertise covers accounting, financial system development, cost management, and business process optimization, as well as the design of decision-support frameworks. As an interim manager, she has successfully led complex financial and accounting transformations, liquidity management, and efficiency improvement projects. Her strengths lie in systemic thinking, analytical mindset, and strategic approach, creating a solid foundation for sustainable business growth. She is committed to transparent financial operations, responsible corporate governance, and strengthening the credibility of the interim management profession.

She has more than 15 years of management experience in a variety of sectors, including the automotive industry, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, research and development, and other knowledge-intensive industries. Her expertise covers corporate HR, labor relations (payroll, social security insurance), employer branding, and CSR activities.
Her areas of expertise include business expansion and growth, greenfield investments, efficiency improvement, reorganization, and resolving difficult employment situations.
She has been working as an interim manager since 2018 and has completed numerous successful projects thanks to her generalist approach.
Her strength lies in complex, development-oriented assignments, mainly in medium-sized and large companies, where humane treatment also plays an important role.

Noémi Holecz has more than 15 years of international experience in strategy, business development, and product management across financial services, fintech, and B2B technology companies. She has held senior roles in asset management and software firms, working closely with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and business development.
Her expertise includes market and product strategy, business model development, pricing and growth strategy, and leading cross-functional initiatives such as market expansion and new product development.
She supports organizations during periods of growth, transformation, or strategic repositioning, combining strategic analysis with a coaching-oriented approach to support leadership teams in navigating complex business situations.

Gyula Policsányi
Interim manager
Gyula Policsányi has more than 20 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with regional and national responsibilities. During his carrier he has held leading positions in leading companies such as Henkel, Coca-Cola HBC, Nagel Hungary, Eisberg Hungary, Euronics and HOPI Hungary. His expertise covers the the areas of warehouse management, distribution, transportation, stock management, 3PL management, lean logistics and network optimization. He led more operative developing and efficiency improving projects in FMCG and commercial environment. As an Interim manager his strength is stabilization of operation, cost reduction, improving service level and standardizing processes. He is a result-oriented professional with strong leadership presence.

Barnabás Szombati is an experienced interim manager with 17 years of industry background and 7 years of leadership experience in manufacturing environments. His expertise covers automotive electronics, metal processing, supply chain management, production leadership and lean process optimization. In addition to the automotive sector, he has successfully led efficiency improvement, optimization and crisis management projects in the food industry and agriculture.
His strengths include system-level thinking, root-cause based problem solving and rapid stabilization in critical situations. He is known for transparent and objective communication, clear prioritization and decisive leadership. His professional motto: “If it can be measured, it can be managed.”

Jürgen Frey

Jürgen Frey has more than 35 years of management experience in the medical technology, pharmaceutical, automotive, metal, plastics, and automation industries. His areas of expertise include executive management, plant management, organizational development, and process optimization. He has primarily carried out site establishments, relocations, optimizations, and restructurings in Hungary for German companies. He is distinguished by his cost-oriented and analytical mindset, strong customer focus, assertiveness, and excellent communication skills.

Róbert Friebert

Róbert Friebert is an industrial engineer, economist with more than 30 years of senior leadership experience in financial and operational management. Throughout his career, he has held CFO and Finance Director positions in companies from the energy, telecommunications, IT, pharmaceutical, mechanical engineering, and public transportation industries. He has extensive expertise in corporate governance, business transformation, cost optimization, controlling, and ERP implementations. In several organizations, he was also responsible for managing procurement, logistics, HR, and IT functions. As an interim executive, he has supported the business stabilization, profitability improvement, and operational efficiency of companies in the automotive, machinery, and logistics sectors. He is a strategic thinker with a strong business orientation and solution-focused mindset, and he believes that every situation must be analyzed through the combined lens of data, processes, and the human factor.

Eisele Endre

Endre Eisele is a seasoned HR executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in multinational corporate environments, particularly within the automotive manufacturing, energy, and financial services sectors. He has held key roles at renowned organizations such as Audi, British Petroleum, MVM, Erste Bank, BorgWarner, MKB Bank, and Sisecam.
His core expertise includes strategic HR management, organizational development, and business-driven change management. Throughout his career, he has led numerous complex corporate initiatives, including greenfield investments, organizational and headcount structure optimization, implementation of performance management systems, digital HR transformation, culture development programs, turnaround and closing projects. Endre has extensive experience in working with trade unions and works councils, including conducting collective bargaining negotiations.

Tibor Tari

His core competencies include operational management, plant setup, product industrialization, process and organizational development, and lean-based efficiency improvement.
